About Ethiopian Heart Asssociation
Established in 2021 by patients with heart and related problems, professionals working on heart diseases and others who support the association to accomplish its mission.
Our Vision is to be the strongest association of patient and cardiac professionals in East Africa.
Over one year, we have
Recruited over 1000 members
Supported over 200 patients to get scarce drugs.
Given trainings for more than 50 health professionals in Addis Ababa in collaboration with Addis Ababa University
Organized several awareness raising events like World Heart Day, World Hypertension Days
Formed educational networks of patients.
Participated in several events related cardiovascular services.
Support our mission to provide access to better heart healthcare to CVD patients and equip heart health professionals in Ethiopia

Over one year, we have

Organize fund raising events to support cardiac surgeries and interventions at cardiac institutions in Ethiopia,

Identify and solve bottlenecks of sustained cardiac services in Ethiopia.

Organize Heath Education programs for members.

Promote Public cardiovascular Health Programs by working with different stake holders.
